A wet masala chai mix hand-blended in Melbourne using Australian bushland honey, Sri Lanka black tea, and whole spices (cinnamon, cardamon, star anise, peppercorns, cloves, and fresh ginger)

Please note that this blend uses honey as a natural preservative, and has a shorter shelf life (12 months) comparing to our dry Chai range.

Taste Note:
Strong aroma from the spices. Full bodied, nutty, spicy, satisfying amount of tannin, great with soy milk.
Brewing Recommendations (Chai Latte):
1. In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of chai mix per 200ml of boiling water, simmer for 2 mins.
2. Add 200ml soy milk (or any milk of your choice), simmer for another 2 mins.
3. Filter with a sifter, and enjoy!
