Comparing to Chinese green teas which are pan-fried, Japanese sencha is more vegetal and grassy. Pairs well with sweets.


**Please noted that our sencha is grown in Australia by the the renown Japanese tea company Ito En. This is a radiation free sencha.

Taste Note:


Clear grassy green liquid. Sweet dried hay on the nose. Savory seaweed on the tongue. Short astringent finish. A great palate cleanser. 


Brewing Recommendation:

90 °C water. 1 minute steeping. 3 infusions.
