The most popular and most famous oolong in China. This naturally floral oolong is very lightly oxidatised, closely resemble a green tea. A great gateway tea if you have not tried oolong before.

Taste Note:
Pale honey colour liquid. Light bodied, refreshing, floral, grassy and slightly vegetal on the nose. Smooth, honeysuckle note on the palate, with lingering sweetness.
Brewing Instruction:
90 to 95 °C water. 1 to 2 minutes steeping depending on brewing style.
