Traditionally used as a medicinal aid to help with heat related symptoms such as acne, sore throat and fever. It is also believed to help clearing the liver and the eyes.

It is a common practice to serve a chrysanthemum and pu-erh blend at Yum Cha restaurants in Canton, China.

95 °C water. Optional: add rock sugar to enhance its medicinal properties
