Dew Drop Oolong, picked from the high altitude tea plantation of Mount Ali, Chiayi, Taiwan. This trademark tea plantation ranges from 1,300 to 1,600 meters above sea level, providing a cooler climate and slower, gentle growth for the tea plants. As a result, this tea develops a unique light sweetness with a sugar cane taste.

With light to medium oxidation and low fire roasting, this tea retains its complex frontal notes. Despite the light processing, the body of the tea is rich and full, with a strong note of nori (Japanese dried seaweed) and the signature alishan sweetness.

The liquor of our Dew Drop Oolong has a chartreuse yellow color with a malty sweet aroma on the nose. On the palate, it is rich from start to finish with a strong note of nori and forest green, leaving a lovely lasting sweetness. We highly recommend this tea for tea rituals or brewing with friends, as it lasts for many infusions.

For the best brewing experience, we recommend using a small pot or gaiwan with 100 °C water and 60 seconds steeping. Reduce brewing time to 40 seconds for the second infusion, then graduately increase brewing time by 10 seconds for subsequent brews. You can enjoy 5 or more infusions from this tea.
